Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users must strictly follow:

  • Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies

We do not guarantee message approval by Meta or telecom operators.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on:

  • Recipient device availability
  • Network conditions
  • Platform approval

Aappa Saheb Kakade is not liable for delayed, failed, or blocked message delivery due to third-party limitations.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
